Located in the historical centre of Conversano (only 30 km from Bari), the Hotel Palazzo D’Erchia, in all its original softness of the lines and the amber color of its stone marked by time, is a charming old building ready to receive all those who love to pamper themselves.

In the 17^th century, with the expansion of the town a new district called Casalnuovo was built. Its nucleus is the church of San Leonardo with adjoining conservatory. Between 1700 and 1800 the whole wall complex of Palazzo D’Erchia, consisting of first and second floor, became property of the family D’Erchia.

2002 restoration work gave back the building the original beauty by enriching its ancient surroundings with modern facilities and great taste, transforming it into a 3-star hotel with every comfort.

The 10 bedrooms, with their original floors and stone walls, are furnished with antiques belonging to the family. All different from each other, the junior suite is embellished with a fine-fresco. The rooms are equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, heating, telephone, TV and WI.FI.

The two common areas - lobby and reception (24h) - allow guests to leave the privacy of the rooms, to socialize or stay in their free time.

In the room on the ground floor, with vaulted ceilings and stone floors (so called chianche), guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet with excellent cold and hot food, accompanied by Puglia sweet specialities. The traditional Italian café is conveniently served at the table. Upon booking, you can also have lunch or dinner with typical dishes of Puglia.
